Site admin can whitelist certain IP address who can only access the administrator area of the site. In case you are lock out, please follow below guide:

  • You can unblock your IP address by changing your IP using free VPS (Betternet, Hotspot, etc...) and they are available in chrome, firefox and safari.
  • Another alternative is by unblocking your IP through phpmyadmin. Look for this table # _ip_blocked.
